When traveling in Europe many years ago, LEGO Liang saw many people having a good time in the forest, and people even took the initiative to hold a big tree.
“Hugging a tree” is just a simple action, but it can fully mobilize people’s perception and make people “immersive” to enjoy nature.
The literal meaning of “you can only see when you hug” refers not only to plants, but also to the people and things in front of us. People only count what they have experienced, not what they have. There are many things that are difficult to hold even if we try hard to hold them; just like many things we want to grasp, we cannot grasp them.
The work was created during the epidemic, conveying sincere and strong love with flowers and plants. It aims to encourage people to try more and embrace change more, so as to relieve the loneliness and trauma caused by the surrounding things.
