「Bat」Blaka Red Bookshelf

Francesco Favaretto

BAT bookshelf was created by an Italian designer Francesco Favaretto in 2016, inspired by several huddling bats deep in their sleep hanging upside down in the tree.

Books record our life journey from its beginning to end. In a world with increasingly fast paces, books always stand in those quietest corners and lead people from different walks and having different lives to walk forward.

We always take a strong stand in reading, especially reading paper books. By turning several pages for at least 10-minute reading everyday, you can experience the very touch with paper, and feel the valuable concentration in such a fickle world through words, which is the warmth that electronic devices with thousands of e-books in it cannot offer to us.

Bookshelf gives us a special access to be more closer to paper books.
